Calm & Cool was created to blend the herbs needed to help with stress relief, adrenals, estrogen and hormone support and could be beneficial for winding down your day as well.
 
I've sourced all natural, organic and USDA certified herbs here in the US and put together in a blend that can be taken once or twice daily. (Empty stomach preferred) 
 
You can steep 15-20 minutes and drink afterwards. 
You can also make in a big batch and put in a jar in the fridge to drink from later.
