Ice Cream is packed with sugar, carbs, dairy and all the goodness that isn't so good.

Just a quick recipe for those of you who love ice cream !!!

Well, I haven’t eaten ice cream in years, due to my dairy allergy. I have tried some coconut milk ice cream or cashew milk ice cream in the past but it is usually $6 and still very high in sugar. Here is the 2 ingredient recipe I created luckily with our brand new French vanilla shake!! Paleo/Keto approved!


2 scoops Shaklee French Vanilla Protein (1 serving size) 1/4 cup coconut milk

*20 protein, 14 carb, 12.5 fat, 5 sugar


Regular vanilla ice cream: *5 protein, 21 carb, 8 fat, 21 sugar


Fill half your Nutribullet mixer with ice & only about 4-5 oz of water & blend. When you blend it you do want it to still be chunky and thick if you want to eat it right away. Don’t be afraid if a few ice cubes are whole in there. However, if you want it as an ice cream treat later, you can blend the full amount and set in the freezer for a half hour or so to harden and then eat it later! I prefer to eat mine right away like an immediate ice cream treat. Eat it with a smaller spoon so it is a really nice treat!
